- See Note 22. The Corpus Christi Army Depot intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to purchase one each HH-60 Tailcone Fixture. Negotiations to be conducted solely with ADC Engineering Technology Inc., under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency requirements. This is a written solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. No telephonic inquiries.
