- Description
- The US Government currently occupies 40,448 rentable square feet fully serviced. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a superseding lease for 40,448 rentable square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include but are not limited to the following: the cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. State: Florida City: Orlando Delineated Area: North = Concord Street South = South Street East = Interstate 4 West = South Terry Street Minimum SF: 36,853 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces: 80 structured Full Term: 17 months Firm Term: 12 months Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of Interest are due July 22, 2011 at 5:00pm EST Expressions of Interest Should Include: 1. Project No 1FL2224 2. Building Name and Address 3. Location of space in the building 4. Total rentable square footage (RSF) and rate per RSF specifying services and utilities included 5. ANSI/BOMA office area square feet or ABOA (usable square feet) 6. Contact information for owner or authorized agent (name, address, phone, email, etc). 7.
