- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal, and supervision necessary to extend a concrete floating dock. All work will be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard, Base Support Unit (BSU) Boston in Boston, MA. The anticipated construction time is ninety (90) days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond will be required. The applicable NAICS code is 237990, with a size standard $33.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 07/25/2011. The tentative due date for proposals is 22 August 2011 at 4:00 p.m. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 36, and in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns.
