- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Longmont Delineated Area: North: From the intersection of South Hover Street/North 95th Street and Ken Pratt Boulevard (Hwy 119) head in an easterly direction to Weld County Road 11 (Birch Street) East: From the intersection of Hwy 119 and Weld County Road 11, head in a southerly direction to County Road 12 South: From the intersection of Weld County Road 11 and County Road 12, south on County Road 3, west on County Road 10 ½, north on E. County Line Rd, west on Kenosha Road, north on N. 115th Street, west on Lookout Rd to North 95th Street West: From the intersection of North 95th Street and Mineral Road, head in a northerly direction to the point of beginning Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,810 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,700 Space Type: Office - Specialized Use Parking Spaces (Total): 33 secured Parking Spaces (Surface): 33 secured Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: Offered space shall not be located adjacent to, in close proximity and/or within residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, retail facilities, and/or hazmat. Interested parties must be willing to construct an enclosed sallyport with drive through access with a minimum clear height of fourteen (14') feet. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, list of tenants currently occupying the building and lease expirations, and contact information of authorized representative. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
