Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The RFQ for this requirement will be issues under FAR Part 12 and 13. It is anticipated that the solicitation shall be awarded to the suitable contractor who meets the requirements of the SOW, and also provides the best value to the government. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to develop and implement a preventative maintenance and repair plan for the equipment used by the Environmental Management Service (EMS) of Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Clinic (VAACC) in Columbus, Ohio. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 423850, Service Establishment Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, size standards 100 employees. LOCATIONS OF SERVICES PROVIDED: location of the equipment to be maintained is VAACC Columbus, 420 N. James Rd, Columbus, OH 43219.
