- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPOSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE.THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUSTITION PROCEDURES. THE FULL SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE IN PDF FORMAT. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-52. Submit written proposals on RFP number W912HP-11- T-0007. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 424720 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation. The full text of a FAR Provision or clause may be accessed electronically at http://acqusition.gov/comp/far/index.html Delivery : Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination. Period of Performance: The Period of Performance will be 14 Days after receipt of award. Instructions, Conditions & Notices to Offerors Price: Completed Bid Schedule: CLIN 0001 Purchase of Shell Turbo T 68 or equivalent, Quantity 2,475 gallons NOTE -Turbine oil shall be supplied in 55 gallon drums clearly marked with the manufacturer's information. This turbine oil will be combined with existing clean oil of the same type and manufacturer. The Contractor shall provide a third party compatibility test and full test report prior to the shipping of any oil. No turbine oil will be accepted until the compatibility test report has been reviewed by the Government. CLIN 0002 Purchase of Mobil DTE 13M or equivalent Quantity 330 gallons NOTE- Hydraulic oil quantity shall be 330 gallons and shall be Mobil DTE 13M or equivalent. Hydraulic oil shall be supplied in 55 gallon drums clearly marked with the manufacturer's information. The Contractor shall provide a third party compatibility test and full test report prior to the shipping of any oil. No hydraulic oil will be accepted until the compatibility test report has been reviewed by the Government. Total Charges (CLINS 0001-0002) All vendors will submit the bid schedule above on their company letterhead. All equipment will be delivered to : St Stephen Powerplant ATTN: Daryln Grigsby 1275 Rediversion Road St Stephen, SC 29479 Offloading will be performed by Corps of Engineers personnel. All compatibility test reports are subject to Government approval prior to any oil being shipped or accepted. Basis For Award Award will be made to that Offeror whose proposal has the lowest price.
