Description
The Federal Integrated Product Team (FIPT) is seeking information from industryon approaches, products and/or standard Video Teleconferencing (VTC) solutionsthat enable multi-level classification (Unclassified up to Top Secret) VTCs onone hardware/software platform. The hardware and software solution shouldsupport the ability to host all VTCs and retransmit those feeds to anotherplatform device that doesn't possess the VTC suite of equipment. The desiredplatform should allow for remote log in capabilities and remote destructioncapabilities of the Internetwork Operating System (IOS). Hardware and softwaredesigns should include open architecture Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) andGovernment-Off-The-Shelf capabilities. The integrated VTC package should beable to receive Internet Protocol (IP) injections from but not limited toSatellite Communications terminals, Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS),Measured Business (MB) lines, Wireless Data devices, Digital Subscriber Lines(DSL), and Integrated Services Digital Network lines. The desired platformwill enable a user to experience a touch screen operating environment thatallows them to quickly change between different VTCs on one platform withouthaving to connect/disconnect cables or manipulate multiple systems.Integrated, virtual, or cloud architecture hardware and software designs shouldinclude open architecture Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) andGovernment-Off-The-Shelf capabilities. The data computing package should havethe ability to rapidly integrate mature advanced technology in focus areasidentified in Section 2.0 and have the required accreditations from the UnitedStates Government and the Department of Defense (DoD). The data computingpackage should be ruggedized with minimal requirements to support Size, Weight,and Power (SWAP). In addition, it should operate in austere locations that canget as cold as-32 and +120 degree temperatures that must be protected but not limited torain, dust, sand, and moisture. Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a white paperidentifying their capabilities, to include past relevant experience and anyinformation the interested party deems appropriate to demonstrate theircapability and interest in the contents of this RFI - see attachment fordetails and instructions. Interested parties are welcome to address thecomplete RFI or a portion thereof.
