- ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)/FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii) to NCS Technologies, Inc., 7669 Limestone Drive STE 130, Gainesville, VA, 20155-4037. NCS Technologies, Inc. is the only known company that can provide a ruggedized tablet notebook capable of meeting the requirements listed below.
