Description

"Special Notice" The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to Med Lab Supply, Miami for the purchase and installation of an X-ray tube required to repair the Axiom Artis Cath Lab system. This vendor is the only source capable of providing the required goods/service, as they are the authorized Siemens regional distributor, and they have factory trained technicians that are capable of doing work on this specialized proprietary equipment and system. If the work is performed by any other Vendor other than a Siemens certified distributor, then the manufacturers' warranty will be voided. The NAICS Code is 811219. The period of performance will be from July 13, 2011 or date of award until the work is completed. Response may be e-mailed to (David Guley), david.guley@va.gov no later than 12:00pm July 12, 2011.
