- Site Visit Information and Guidelines W91YTZ-11-R-0073 Hospitalitiy Services, FBCH, Fort Belvoir VA Address: We will outside of the lobby of the main entrance to the current hospital located at 9501 Farrell Road, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060*. After the briefing we will shuttle to the construction site of the new hospital located at 9300 Dewitt Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. Visitors Gate: All visitors in vehicles without Department of Defense decals must enter Fort Belvoir through Tulley Gate*. Tulley is a 24-hour gate. Parking: There should be ample parking at the current hospital. A shuttle to the new hospital will be provided. Date:13 Jul 2011 Time:0900-1130 EDT Additional Visitor Information: http://www.belvoir.army.mil/directions.asp In accordance with FAR 36.210, appropriate arrangements will be made for prospective offerors to inspect the work site and to have the opportunity to examine data available to the Government which may provide information concerning the performance of the work. The data will be assembled in one place and made available for examination. Significant site information and the data will be made available to all offerors in the same manner. A record will be kept of the identity and affiliation of all offerors' representatives who inspect the site or examine the data. 1.If you plan to attend this site visit please RSVP by email to Marland.J.Clark@amedd.army.mil NLT 11 Jul 2011 @ 1200 EDT (Please limit your party to 2 or less.) 2.Please arrive at the designated location no later than 0830. Please allow for extra time for base entry and parking issues. If you expect any delays, please contact Marland Clark at (703) 806-3198 or 202 441-6241. 3.Protective clothing is required for this site. Hard hat, goggles, and boots above ankles are required. Safety vest, goggles, and hard hat will be provided on site. 4.The Site Visit will begin with a briefing that will cover important information regarding appropriate communications during the site visit. 5.Due to capacity limitations and safety requirements, it may be necessary to limit your party size to 1 participant. Notification of this will be made prior to the day of the visit. 6.Only general questions regarding the site will be answered during the visit. 7.Measurements and photographs are permitted. 8.Floor plans/blueprints will be available for viewing; copies will be provided. 9.It is requested that specific questions regarding the site or the RFP be submitted in writing by 10pm 15 Jun 11. Answers will be posted to ASFI and FBO within 24 hours. Hand written questions immediately following the visit or emails to Marland.J.Clark@amedd.army.milwill be accepted.
