- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product; prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and 13.5, streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items- as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Description: Line Item 0001: Provide and install new audio visual equipment in the 525 2nd Floor Conference Room, Bldg 9496 (HGR 25), Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson AK 99506 to include: (1 each) new digital projector with at least 4500 lumens (1920x1200) with lens, (1 each) new 109" motorized 16:10 screen with HDMI capabilities and all necessary parts to mount to ceiling, (1 each) 7" touch screen wall mounted control center with remote and all necessary hardware, (1 each) 7.2 channel network receiver (1 each) Wireless n-gigabit router ( 1 each) 50inch 1080p HD plasma TV ( 1 each) new blu ray disc player ( 2each) overhead microphones ( 1 each) 77" diagonal interactive white board projection screen (7 each) 8 inch in ceiling speakers (2 each) 8 inch in ceiling subwoofer (1 each) Tandberg C40 integrator package (brand name or equal) (1 each) Extron Cubby 300 (brand name or equal) to be installed in government provided conference table (1 each) audio visual equipment storage cabinet (2 each) 3 outlet surge protectors All necessary wiring, and hardware to have conference room fully functional. Quote should include all costs to include installation and transportation to Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska 99506. END OF DESCRIPTION This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. There will be a site visit conducted for all interested contractors on 11 July 2011 1:00 PM Alaska Standard Time at Bldg 9496 Vandenberg Ave, Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, AK 99506. During site visit vendors will be allowed to view conference room and determine all necessary equipment and labor needed to complete requirement. All correspondence from site visit will be posted to this site NLT 4:00 PM, 13 July 2011. All questions need to be submitted in writing NLT 4:00 PM, 12 July 2011. Site visit attendance is NOT mandatory to submit a quote but highly recommended. All contractors interested in attending site visit will need to contact SFC Dawn Bryant at dawn.bryant@elmendorf.af.mil or 907-552-7181 no later than 8 July 2011 1:00PM All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote in accordance to the specifications stated above. Transportation shall be FOB Destination to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska 99506 and be included in the quote. Contractor shall submit their quote on company letterhead, Name, Address, Telephone Number of the Offeror, Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, GSA/VA/Government Contract No. (if applicable), Date offer expires, Terms of any Express Warranty, Unit Price, and overall Total Price. Interested companies that meet the requirements stated above should submit a quote. Quotations for this notice shall be received by 18 July 2011 at 12:00PM Alaska Standard Time.
