- The LIQUID SAMPLER (NSN: 6695-01-101-5691; Part Number: IAWMIL-S-27626) is a cryogenic liquid sampler consisting of a samplingassembly, shipping cylinder and accessories. This requirement is for 1EACH PRE-PRODUCTION UNIT/FIRST ARTICLE (CONTRACTOR TESTING WITH DATAREQUIRED (Test Plan/Procedure and Test Inspection Report) and 21 EACHPRODUCTION QUANTITY IN BASIC PERIOD. The 21 production units includesome Foreign Military Sales. Also included are, four (4) OptionPeriods. Option I is valid for 365 days,1-10 each; Option II is valid730 days, 1-10 each; Option III is valid 1095 days,1-10 each; Option IVis valid 1460 days,1-10 each. The options may be exercised for AirForce requirements only. DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of delivery for Pre-Production Unit/FirstArticle: FE5804, one (1) each. Place of deliveries for productionquantities: FE4809, two (2) each; FE4600, one (1) each; FE4661, one (1)each, FE4897, one (1) each; FE4877, one (1) each; FE4686, two (2) each;FE4803, one (1) each; FE4814, one (1) each; FE6432, one (1) each;FE6372, one (1) each; FE2027, one (1) each; DKS007, eight (8) each.First article is due 30 calendar days ARO Approval of First ArticleTest/Inspection Report; Test plan/procedure is due 60 calendar days AROcontract; Test Inspection Report is due 150 calendar days ARO contract;Production quantities are due 180 calendar days ARO Approval of TestInspection Report. Delivery of options is 180 calendar days afterexercise of option. The location is to be determined.The purchase description will be made available online, once the requestfor quotation (RFQ) is posted.The approximate RFQ issue date is Tuesday, 5 July 2011; quotations aredue on 4 August 2011. Electronicprocedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.govONLY.Offerors shall prepare their quotations in accordance with mandatory,explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Governmentwill evaluate past performance utilizing the Past performanceInformation Retrieval System (PPIRS). Quotes will be evaluated and awardmade in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in theRFQ.OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FORACCURACY, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources maysubmit a bid, proposal, or quotation whichshall be considered by the agency.
