Description

FDA-SOL-1088458 The purpose of this procurement is for the acquisition of automated litigation support and discovery management software for the FDA Office of Criminal Investigations. The Period of Performance for this action is estimated as one, twelve month base period and two, twelve month optional periods. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration requests proposal responses from all qualified small businesses capable of providing automated litigation support and discovery management software per the below specifications. All requested resources are specified in this combined synopsis/solicitation. CLIN 0001- Automated Litigation Support and Discovery Management Software - Period of Performance: One, twelve month base period and two, twelve month option periods. FDA anticipates awarding a one year, firm fixed price contract with two option years.
