COMMUNITY BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC VA244-11-RP-0089 The Erie Veterans Affairs Medical Center is soliciting to lease 6300 - 6400 square foot of office space to operate a primary care clinic in Crawford County, PA Lessor is expected to submit a complete and comprehensive construction and design schedule that describes all phases of the project within 14 days of award. (see 2.3 of the solicitation) Duration of design and construction is 365 days from award. The government anticipates award before 30 September 2011. Proposals are due on or before 8/8/2011 at 10:00am e.s.t.
