Description

quintron Description(s): THE OFFICE OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE intends to award a sole source contract to Quintron Security Systems for the purchase of badge stock. The reuiqmrent consists of 10dual tech, non-printe, non slotted, stripe on left, 100 count badges part number D511-038-14, plus the HDP film and full color ribbon. (part numbers C759081 and C759083) The sole source justification is attached. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However all information received by 4 pm eastern time July 15, 2011 will be considered by the government whether to conduct a competitive procurement for requirements. A determination by the Government to not compete the proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
