- SUMMARY: In accordance with 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i), The Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant exclusive patent licensing rights to STC.UNM for the purpose of unifying jointly owned intellectual property interests for subsequent license to industry. STC.UNM is a nonprofit New Mexico corporation wholly owned by the University of New Mexico with an address at 801 University Blvd., SE, Ste. 101, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106. The proposed Inter-institutional Patent Management Agreement extends revocable, royalty sharing, exclusive rights to license the invention(s) described and claimed in the U.S. Patent Application entitled, Conjugated Polymers Grafted on Fabrics and Their Antimicrobial Activity, and any corresponding foreign patents and patent applications that may be applied for and issued throughout the world. DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this grant of licensing rights must file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later than 15 days following the publication of this announcement.
