- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13.5 to COMARK Corporation 93 West Street, Medfield, MA 02052. The proposed contract is for the purchase of 15 costumed computers configured for INLS program office. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by Monday, July 11, 2011 at 3:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time. All questions must be submitted by e-mail ONLY. Questions submitted by phone or fax will not be considered.
