The successful offeror shall furnish the necessary management, personnel, and equipment (unless otherwise specified as being provided by the Government) to assume operation, maintenance, design, installation, and removal responsibilities for all current and future video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and custom conference rooms (VTC and/or audio-visual) located in FBI facilities world-wide. These contract services are required to ensure the FBI maintains a fully integrated and operational SVTC system at all its facilities. Contract Type and Place of Performance: This contract will provide firm fixed-price services at two FBI facilities at Clarksburg, West Virginia, and Washington, DC. Contractor personnel working from these facilities will be required to hold Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearances. Additionally, the contract includes Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) provisions that will allow for additional services to be tasked on a firm fixed-price basis for performance at any FBI location world-wide. This competitive solicitation is issued as a 100% set aside for small business concerns in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.5. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FBI. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517919 (Telecommunications-All Other), with a business size standard of $25.0 million. The base contract period of performance will begin at date of award and run for twelve months, with four one-year priced option periods. Each option period will be exercised based on contractor performance, continuation of need, and availability of appropriated funds. Contract award is projected for August/September 2011.
