- Pr Number: 0028688480 FSC: 5306 Nomenclature: Bolt Shoulder: Sole Source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp (76823); part number 6-40696-3 RFP SPM5AC-11-R-0003 due date August 5, 2011 1:00 pm eastern time. This is a firm fixed priced contract. This procurement is for a quantity of 1,040 each. The NSN is 5306-00-953-5242. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304C(1). Item is Sole Source to Northrop Grumman Systems (76823) under part number 6-40696-3 and it is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). If other than the BOA source can meet the Governments needs, requests for a copy of the RFP should be made to Phyllis Daraio at 215-737-7941 or email a request to Phyllis.Daraio@dla.mil and a copy of the solicitation will be posted on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. This acquisition is being procured on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. Delivery is 200 days after date of contract to Defense Depot San Joaquin, Stockton, CA and Defense Depot Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA. FOB Origin Source Inspection Applies. This is an Air Force Designated Critical Item (CSI). Anticipated award date: 2011 August 19.
