Description
PR 0040371081 RFP SPMA5-11-R-1621 NSN: 2834-01-185-0773, CARRIER ASSEMBLY in support of the KC-135 Aircraft. This is a Critical Application, and Configuration Controlled item manufactured or assembled in accordance with part number (P/N) 161779-101. Only offers from sources listed in the current Approved Manufacturing Parts List (AMPL) will be considered for this procurement as adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not legally available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Current AMPL approved source of supply is Hamilton Sunstrand Corporation cage code 55820, P/N 161779-101. This is an unrestricted procurement, being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This item is considered and coded as commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price, fixed quantity contract for a quantity of 76 each. FOB Origin, Inspection & Acceptance at origin is requested. Requested delivery is required within 137 days After Receipt of the Order (ARO) and shipping 76 each pieces to W25G1U, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Quantity variance is Plus 0%, Minus 0%. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR subpart 32.5. Solicitation will be available for issue on July 15, 2011 and will close at 2:00pm EST on August 15, 2011. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF).
