- This is a notice of intent, not a request for a proposal. A solicitation document will not be issued and proposals will not be requested. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Intramural Research Program (IRP) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with the Shared Technologies, Inc., 2550 Eisenhower Avenue, Norristown, PA 19403-2331. The agency requires the following: Licensing and software for Avaya Aura Essential contact Center managerCall Pilot Voice Mail Unified Messaging Licensing The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517110, Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition FAR 13 and is exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, Competition Requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notification. This notice is for information and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses under this announcement. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
