Sources Sought for Laser Engraving and Cutter Platform Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing and installing a Universal Laser System, Professional Laser, Series Multi Wave 6.75 Laser System. Place of Performance: VA, Human Engineering Research Laboratories,Bakery Square Office Bldg, 6425 Penn Ave, Basement Level, Pennsylvania, 15206 Response: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, responsibility to provide and install the principal components of supplies listed above. Information: Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, business size and Socioeconomic Category (HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. All information is to be submitted via e-mail at Ronald.Kline@va.gov. Information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Deadline: Responses are due via e-mail Ronald.Kline@va.gov by 4:00 pm (EST) on Friday July 8, 2011. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. Please respond electronically if you have any questions prior to deadline. Questions will be answered NLT July 13,2011.. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the government obligated to issue an RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
