Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION IN THE AREA OF GRENADA, MISSISSIPPI AMOUNT: Approximately 5,225 rentable square feet yielding at least 4746 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet to a maximum of 4,746 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space. Further, fifty (50) surface parking spaces are required. LOCATION: Space must be located within the Central Business District (CBD) of Grenada, MS. The US Government currently occupies 4,746 ANSI/BOMA Office square feet in the Goodwin Building, 1301 H Sunset Drive under a lease that is set to expire. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission and other factors. The US Government will relocate only if considerations of economic and other factors are advantageous, including relocation and tenant improvement costs. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided for as part of rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN October 1, 2011. TERM: Lease term will be for ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part with sixty (60) days written notice after the fifth (5 th ) year. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
