- Item 0001: NSN: 4920-01-559-3506RN, Part Number, 30R0481G01, Aircraft Engine Maintenance Fixture Item is used with J85-21 roller and shafts for alignment of ven housing during removal and replacement. Part will also locate drill housing for replacement brackets. Item supports the J85 aircraft engine. Length: 27 in; Width: 20 in; Height: 13.5 in Basic requirement is for one (1) each. There will be four (4) options, each for 1 each, Option I will be valid 365 days from date of award, Option II 730 days from date of award, Option III 1095 days from date of award and Option IV 1460 days from date of award. Delivery: Place of Delivery: FE3022. Delivery is 210 days ARO Contract. Requirement is reserved 100% for Small Business Set Aside. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will evaluate past performance using the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as will be stated in the RFQ. Quote will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It is anticipated the RFQ will be released on or around 08 July 2011. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The RFQ will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. The technical data required to respond to the RFQ will also be available at www.fedbizopps.gov. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may access the data.
