- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Mississippi City: Natchez Delineated Area: North: The north boundary begins at the intersection of Hwy 84, AKA D'Evereaux Drive, and Hwy 61 (84 and 98), AKA Sgt Prentiss Dr. The northern boundary continues west down Hwy Bus 84, AKA D'Evereux Dr, St Catherine St and Jefferson Street to Canal Street. Turn south. West: The west boundary begins at the intersection of Hwy Bus 84 and Canal Street and continues south to the intersection of Canal St. and Hwy 84 (65 and 98), AKA John R. Junkin Dr. Turn southeast. South: The south boundary begins at the intersection of Canal St. and Hwy 84 (65 and 98), AKA John R. Junkin Drive. Continue southeast on John R. Junkin Dr. to the intersection of John R. Junkin Dr. and Lower Woodville Road. Turn south on Lower Woodville Road and continue south on Lower Woodville Road to Hawthorne Place. Contiguous upper-floor space on one floor that has handicapped accessible elevator service to the government office floor is an acceptable alternative. Elevator service must consist of a minimum of two accessible elevators which serve the floor proposed for the government. One of the accessible elevators may serve as a freight elevator. Parking facilities shall be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. The overall dimensions of the space must have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other and no more than 2 feet square. The proposed space should not be located within the immediate vicinity of railroad tracks. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be located in the 100/500 year flood plain. Offers of existing space or new construction will be considered.
