Description
This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-11-2817AAA3. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 238220 size standard of $14.0 million, this is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. Anticipated award date; July 8, 2011 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business on July 7, 2011. Faxed quotations will be accepted at 305-415-7092. Qutations packages should be submitted along Stanard Form 1449 Quotations sent via the US Postal Service or hand delivered should be sent to: Commanding Officer USCG BSU Miami (fp) Attn: Kevin Mosca 909 SE 1st Ave, Room 512 Miami, FL 33131. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations No: 2005-2119, Revision No: 12, Date of Revision: 06/13/2011 SCOPE OF WORK: See attached SOW for the complete statement of requirements. Performance Period: Service to be completed by contractor within 30 days after receipt of award. Items Being Replaced or Upgraded: 1 Trane 7 1/2 ton package unit serving Metal Shop, 1 Carrier 10 ton condensing unit serving IRM area, 1 Carrier 10 ton AHU with heater serving IRM area, 1 Trane 10 ton condensing unit for Medical Office, 1 Trane 10 ton AHU with heater serving Medical Office, 1 Carrier 20 ton AHU with heater serving South Side of Exchange, 1 Carrier 20 ton condensing unit serving North Side of Exchange, 1 Carrier 20 ton AHU with heat serving North Side of Exchange The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies and equipment necessary to perform the services required. Site Visit: Site visists will be conducted on Tuesday June 28 between 1pm and 4pm at Air Station Miami.Potential offerors are highly recommended to perform a site visit to inspect areas needed replacement and or upgrades. To schedule a site visit please contact LT Roberto Herrera 305)953-2326, roberto.r.herrera@uscg.mil Work hours: Contractor may be required to work overtime, on Saturday, Sunday, holidays and/or outside the units normal hours of operation, for this task. This requirement is subject to the operational needs of this task. However, a Monday-Sunday 0800-1800 will be the anticipated normal hours. The COTR/TA will determine schedule deviations.
