Description

TECHNICAL SPECIFCATIONS AND OTHER INFORMATION REQUIRED... REFERENCES This is a presolicitation notice to purchase a Custom Compact TDL absorption spectrometer for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This procurement is a best value and is unrestricted and open to all sources. The associated NAICS code is 335999. The small business size standard is 500 employee. FAR Part 13 will apply to this acquisition. The product will be due 14 to 16 weeks after award of the purchase order. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on or about June 23, 2011. No paper copies will be issued, but an electronic copy of the statement of work is attached. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice. Any questions regarding this notice should be directed to Suzanne A.
