- Schedule of Items for Bi-Fuel Vehicle Conversion Bi-Fuel Vehicle Conversion Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50, effective May 16, 2011. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation number for this procurement is AG-55N9-S-11-0011. Submit written quotes only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms/individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Offeror Representations and Certifications (ORCA) databases. Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling CCR Customer Assistance at (866) 606-8220. Information concerning ORCA may be viewed via the internet at http://orca.bpn.gov. Refer to FAR 52.212-3. DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Bi-fuel conversion, as well as the pick up and delivery, of 6 fleet vehicles shown on the attached Schedule of Items. DELIVERY: 30 days from the date vehicles are picked up by contractor. EVALUATION FACTORS: The Government will award the contract to the responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to the specs shown, will be most advantageous to the Government. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES applicable to this solicitation are listed below and incorporated by reference. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (JUN 2008). The following addenda is provided to this provision: Paragraph (b), entitled "Submission of Offers", Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: Solicitation Number, Name; Address; Telephone Number of Offeror, Price; Any Discount Terms, Response to non-price evaluation factors and Acknowledgement of all Solicitation Amendments. Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offers may be submitted via facsimile or mail. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (APR 2011). Complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the annual representations and certificates have been completed electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If the annual representations and certifications have not been completed electronically at the ORCA website, then only paragraphs (c) through (o) of this provision shall be completed. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Submit pricing information on the attached Schedule of Items; include company, DUNS number, narrative response to any/all information requested in the attachments, and Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3) if you are not registered in ORCA as described above. If you are registered in ORCA, please complete and only paragraph (b) of FAR 52.212-3 and submit with your quote.
