- Review the updated RFQ. Changes were made to the part number of Line item #6. Please quote for all line items. Brand Name Equipments: These equipments includes Wholer audio monitor speakers, Toshiba DVD R/Ws, Mid Atlantic DVD R/W mount with clamp-bracket, Allied Telesis media converters with 12V DC power supply, NEC monitors, Comtech Turbo IP-G2 PEP accelerator, Panduit modular patch panels, minicom jack modules, thread-forming bonding screws, termination tool, Panasonic Intel Core Duo, Windows XP Professional licenses, TC Comm fiber optic modems, and corresponding power supply. Solicitation N00421-11-T-0268 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name sole source basis. Manufacturer must be manufacturer, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, Brand name 52.211-6, and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This maybe accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. See Attached RFQ Please disregard the COB date on the attached RFQ. The COB date within this solicitation is the correct date for all proposals to be received by via email. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by July 08, 2011 at 9:00am will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
