- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, MIPR11JDATNH12, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). NAICS code is 531120 and the small business size standard is $7M. FOB Destination Delivery is: 157 ARW NHANG, 302 Newmarket Street Pease ANGB, Newington, NH 03803-0157 ITEM 1, QTY 1 64'x24' Modular Office Trailer (60'X24' Box) 8' Ceiling Height Paneled Interior Walls Vinyl Tile or Carpet Floors T-grid Suspended or Gypsum Ceiling Private Offices (minimum of two) Fluorescent Ceiling Lights Horizontal Slider Windows Two Vision Panel Doors with Standard Locks Central HVAC Tie-downs into Asphalt Vinyl Skirting 2 OSHA Aluminum Stairways 12 Month Lease Quotes shall include delivery, set up, tear down, and other charges. Please submit a floor plan, full electrical/panel details, and delivery schedule. NOTE: No restroom facilities are required. Delivery Date 1 August 2011. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.232-36, Payment By Third Party, The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
