(208) 523-6600 for the required response date. ********** MT PRA GLAC 10(22), GTSR Rehabilitation, Avalanche to West Tunnel, Phase VII, Glacier National Park, Flathead County, Montana. This project consists of 3.537 miles of grading, base, pavement, drainage, rockery walls and repairs to bridge structures, including stone masonry repairs, waterproof membrane application and other small items of work. See "Project Description" for additional details. ***NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY*** MT PRA GLAC 10(22), GTSR Rehabilitation, Avalanche to West Tunnel, Phase VII will be solicited to the Glacier SATOC Contractor, H-K Contractors, Inc. Information on the IDIQ contractor may be found on our web site at: http://www.wfl.fhwa.dot.gov/contracting/construction/idiq/gtsr.htm H-K Contractors, Inc. Contract Number: DTFH70-07-D-00009 Address: P.O. Box 51450, Idaho Falls, ID 83405 Phone: (208) 523-6600 This project is anticipated to be solicited Late June 2011. This project is being advertised with an Economic Price Adjustment specification. Work shall be completed by December 2012. Estimated PRICE RANGE is between $ 5,000,000 and $7,000,000. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
