Description

This is a Sources Sought announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time. The 319th Contracting Flight at Grand Forks AFB, ND is conducting market research to determine the existence of companies that can perform the following: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 200978, Repair Hangar 602 in strict accordance with the construction documents. Work to be performed includes construction of office and maintenance areas, renovation of existing facilities, and installation of fire suppression systems. The project also contains security system support infrastructure and all other support construction as required. The Government's estimated construction time for the project is 160 days. This is based on the most current information available to date. Updated information will be posted electronically on Federal Business Opportunities as it becomes available. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236210, and the small business size standard is $33.5M. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and letter of interest to Carolyn Cooper via email to carolyn.cooper.1@us.af.mil. As part of your capability statement please include any current or past contracts you have been awarded or the ability to obtain sufficient proof of capability for this type/magnitude of contract. In addition include what socio-economic category your company qualifies as (i.e. a Small Business, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, SBA Certified Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned Business, Woman Owned Business). Any information provided is strictly voluntary. The government will not pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. To be considered in this research, please provide the information above not later than 4:00 CST on 5 Ju1 11.
