Description
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) SEEKS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR LEASE SPACE VA seeks to lease approximately 28,700 BOMA usable square feet of contiguous space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Boston, MA. The offered space shall be contiguous and located on no more than two elevator-served floors. A lease term up to 20-years may be required. A minimum of 232 parking spaces is required. Space must be located within the delineated area: Starting at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Beacon St, travel Southwest along Beacon St. to Harvard Ave; South on Harvard Ave to Washington St.; South on Washington St. to Boylston/Rt 9; West on Bolyston/Rt. 9 to Hammond St.; South on Hammond St. to rotary; proceed to 4th exit and continue Southeast along Newton St. to West Roxbury Pkwy; Southeast on West Roxbury Pkwy to rotary; proceed to 2nd exit and continue Southeast on West Roxbury Pkwy to rotary; proceed to 3rd exit and continue East on VFW Pkwy to Centre St.; Northeast on Centre St. to rotary; proceed to 1st exit and continue South on the Arborway to rotary; proceed to 2nd exit and proceed Northeast on Forest Hills Dr; Forest Hills Dr becomes N Jewish War Vets Dr/Circuit Dr; Circuit Dr becomes Franklin Park Rd; continue on Franklin Park Rd to Blue Hills Ave/Rt 28; North on Blue Hills Ave/Rt 28 to Columbia Rd; Northeast on Columbia Rd. to Rt. 3/Rt. 1/Interstate 93; North on Rt. 3/Rt. 1/Interstate 93 to Exit 18/ Frontage Rd; North on Frontage Rd to Mass Ave Connector; West on Mass Ave Connector to Massachusetts Ave; Northwest on Massachusetts Ave to the starting intersection at Beacon St. Properties with frontage on major thoroughfares comprising these boundaries will also be considered. Existing buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to meet all current Federal, VA, State, and Local codes and regulations at the time of occupancy. Guidelines will be provided during the solicitation for offers process. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include: building name, address, and age; total usable square footage available (ANSI/BOMA); date of space availability to commence tenant improvements; proximity to public transportation and commercial services such as restaurants, banks, drugstores.
