CAMERA KIT J & A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (CAMERA KIT) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for a Brand Name prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation/synopsis reference number HQ002811106600 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "quoter" substituted for "offeror". Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52, effective 31 May 2011 DFARS change Notice 20110617. (1) FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items) (JUN 2008): (a) Re para (a): NAICS 423410; this requirement is unrestricted Size Standard 100 employees. (b) Note that para (k) requires quoter to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at time of contract award and throughout the performance period.
