Description

This amendment changes the classification code from 39 (Construction, mining, excavating & highway maintenance equipment) to Z (Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property). Magnitude of the requirement in terms of; Estimated Price Range; Between $1,000,000,.00 and $5,000,000.00 for Base and all options total. Physical Characteristics; U.S. Capitol Grounds Project Office has an ongoing need for sidewalk replacement located through out the U.S. Capitol campus. The requirement shall be for a base work at three separate locations followed by optional work at nineteen (separately priced) locations. Optional items will be exercised at at completion of base word at the governments discretion based on the availability of funds. All drawings and specificaitons will be made available electronically as an attachment to this synopized notice for all interested parties. The solicitation documents will be available on or before July 8, 2011.
