Description: Emergency Procurement. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to procure riprap from a local contractor and place it at Yellowtail Dam where is needed to provide bank stabilization to the eroded banks. Estimated Range: Less than $150,000 (Simplified Acquisition - Commercial) Yellowtail Dam is experiencing flood at the afterbay due to extreme weather condition and the reservoir is approximately 10 feet above flood stage.. The flood has eroded the banks.
