- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE REPAIR CONTRACT under Statutory Authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Regional Contracting Office “ National Capital Region (NCR) intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm-Fixed Price contract to acquire Fastlane Post Maintenance/Repair Services for KG-75 or KG-75A to the original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in support of the Marine Corps Network Operations Security Center (MCNOSC), located in Quantico, Virginia. General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. (GD4S), 77 A Street, Needham, MA 02494-2805. CAGE CODE: 04655. Due to the associated Classification and essential Security of the Data on SIPRNET, it has made the use of Full and Open Competition Procedures prohibited. General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. is the only vendor identified of having the technical expertise, tooling, test fixtures, and capabilities relating to the KG75 and KG75A FASTLANE Repairs. DURATION: This requirement will be for a one-year maintenance agreement for UP TO SEVEN (7) REPAIRS. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: 22 Applies If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government ™s requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within 5 calendar days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
