- This proposed contract will be to purchase TWO (2) DUMP TRUCKS for Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), Chambersburg, PA. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with delivery expected September 12, 2011. The Solicitation documents will define the technical and performance requirements, and include a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and an Offeror's Statement of Compliance: The Contractor will furnish the completed and finished trucks for immediate use as defined by the specifications in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor will be responsible for the transportation and delivery of the two (2) trucks to Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) located approximately four miles from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania 17201. The NAICS code is 333924 and the FSC code is 2320. All respondents shall be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System, have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard is 750 Employees. Further information may be obtained at the website www.bpn.gov/ccr A solicitation will be issued on or about June 27, 2011. The estimated closing date will be on or about July18, 2011.
