Description

ATM RFP The Smithsonian Institution is seeking a bank(s) or related service provider(s) to place Automated Teller Machines at Smithsonian locations throughout the DC-metropolitan area beginning September 1, 2011. At a minimum, respondents should be able to provide the following requirements: all-encompassing ATM services; energy-efficient equipment; new or like-new equipment; operations plan; reporting structure; remittance plan; PCI compliance; high customer-service standards; capability of selling other items (e.g., stamps); operational service levels; suitable hours of operation; ADA accessibility; utility maintenance; appropriate date requirements; signage; applicable insurance; corporate information and related experience; acceptable implementation timeline/ability to provide active service on or shortly after September 1, 2011; and continuity with current Smithsonian ATM service.
