Description

MODIFICATION IS NECESSARY TO ADDRESS QUESTIONS. NO CHANGE TO THE SOLICITATION IS MADE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR INFORAMTION #1 Question 1: Delivery Schedule - Are each of the kits to be provided on a best effort basis or do you have a firm delivery schedule requirement? Answer 1: Kits need to be provided in a timely manner... estimated date for requirement is within a couple of months. Question 2: Pricing - Do you want a total price for each of the 4 kits or do you need pricing by line item within each of the 4 kits? Answer 2: Total price for each kit (per CLIN) will be fine. Question 3: TM 1-1520-238-PMS: The copy of the TM that we have acquired is titled "10 Hour / 14 Day Inspection Checklist." Note 2 in the solicitation refers to this TM as a "250/500 Hour" inspection checklist. Please confirm the correct title to ensure that we have the correct document. Answer 3: TM 1-1520-238-PM is titled "Phased Maintenance Inspection Checklist" and may be the more suitable manual for the AH-64. TM 55-1520-240-PM is titled "Phased Maintenance Inspection Checklist" and may be the more suitable manual for the CH-47.
