- Description
- The Air Armament Center, Contracting Directorate, Enterprise Contracting Division, Test Branch, Eglin A.F.B., FL is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the JMEMs Program. This acquisition will be a full and open, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15, contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented. This RFP will result in a Research and Development, CPIF, IDIQ contract with performance at Government instillations at Eglin AFB, FL and Aberdeen APG, MD.
