- Statement of Work Publication This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the update/revision of the current publication entitled "Growing up Drug-Free." See attached Statement of Work and publication. The Government intends to issue a single, fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on 1) Technical capability and 2) Past Performance. Price will also be considered. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is 7/29/11 at 12:00noon EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Closing date for quotes is 7/14/11 at 12:00noon EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
