- Solicitation AG-82A7-S-11-0120 Welding Gases This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional inforamtion included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation AG-82A7-S-11-0120 is a Request for Quotes. the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-52 May 31, 2011. This is a 100% set-aside for small business conserns. The NAICS code is 33392 snf business size standard is 500. Items are welding gases for a Base Year and Four (4) Option Years. Inspection and acceptance is FOB destination to Columbia Basin Job Corp Center, Moses Lake WA.Anticipated award date is 06/30/11. To be procured under Commercial Acquisition Procedures (FAR 12) Offerors are required to includea completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if received in a timely manner, shall be consudered. Telephone request will not be honored. Submit quotes via private carrier. See attachment
