- This acquisition is a Sole Source Requirement with KLA-Tencor Corporation, 1 Technology Drive, Milpitas, CA 95035-7916 for Amray Basic Service Program for the SEM 1920. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-11-T-0048 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Offeror is are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD ™s Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 811219, Size Standard $19M, within Online Representations and Certifications Application (OCRA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov) and (BPN at http://www.bpn.gov).
