- NOTE TO OFFERORS: PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 31 August 2011 - 30 August 2012 (Base Year) 31 August 2012 - 30 August 2013 (1st Option Year) SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on 11 July 2011, 09:00 hrs - Gate #27 - Via Aurelia, Tombolo (Pisa). In order to participate to the site visit all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than 29 June 2011 to the following e-mail address: sonia.zanobini@eur.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the solicitation number: "W912PF-11-T-0091" and the name of the company, the address, the phone number and fax and your e-mail address. Please indicate also the name of the person will be present at the site visit: first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, type and number of identification document.
