- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Corporate Executive Board, 1919 North Lynn Street, Arlington, VA for renewal of a one year membership for the Recruiting Roundtable. Membership includes unlimited access to proprietary strategic research designed by the member executives, an annual executive retreat offering a unique opportunity to interact with the Council principals and for the Council to disseminate key insights from its proprietary strategy research, a series of regionally based Staff Briefings presenting results of proprietary strategy research assignment of short answer custom research projects to Council staff without additional fees, access to custom project library of proprietary research pieces completed for other members and unlimited, unrestricted access to a password protected web site, which contains archived research, online networking tools, decision support tools and exportable graphics from studies, slides and speech handouts. Program Materials, Tools, and Resources: Participation in the Program provides ORGANIZATION with access to research content and individual services over the term of the agreement. ORGANIZATION has access rights to the following services during the term:1)Access to web site, print publications and decision support tools; 2)Access to Program teleconferences/webinars; 3)An assigned account team which proactively supports the ORGANIZATION in achieving its strategic priorities by connecting the senior-most executive with appropriate resources provided by CEB; 4)Access to Program Networking Opportunities including Executive Briefings and other venues; 5)Access to Program virtual onsites (organization-specific; on topics from our Advisory Services Guide) and other virtual training services; 6)An assigned Executive Advisor available for phone-based and on-line consultative support; During the term of the agreement, the Corporate Executive Board ORGANIZATION (CEB) grants ORGANIZATION and its wholly-owned subsidiaries a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Program’s Materials solely for ORGANIZATION’s internal business purposes. Program Materials, as defined above, may consist of publications, surveys, websites, teleconferences, meetings, and other CEB materials and services. ORGANIZATION agrees to CEB's Program Terms displayed at www.executiveboard.com/supplementalterms. Enterprise-based programs give your organization ORGANIZATION-wide access to the Program Materials. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations no later than 15 calendar days from the posted date of this announcement. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of membership fee and a description of the services/materials the fee includes; service (and related costs) that are available but not limited to membership fee; listing of reference materials maintained by the organization (research and completed studies); description of corporate history, mission, and organizational membership. Quote should include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three (3) corporate references, Federal Tax ID Number and DUNS number if available. Award will be based on price and other factors. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; business size and payment terms. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. If no responses are received, award will be made to the Corporate Executive Board.
