Description

INSTALL GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PATIENT LIFTS THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461 SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Construction Project: Installation of Patient Lifts. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking SDVOSB construction contractors to do work which includes, but is not limited to, selective general, mechanical, and electrical demolition; for a construction project for the installation of the Patient Lift in Patient Wards, at the Southern AZ VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), Tucson, Arizona. The contractor shall furnish and provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment to install the (41) Patient Lifts in Patient Wards. Contractor must be certified to install the patient lifts. Government has purchased patient lifts that are to be installed. Applicable conditions: Work zone is in 35 patient rooms throughout several wards, so coordination to maintain full access for patients, visitors, and staff is primary. Some sprinklers may have to be relocated. All work to be completed in accordance with plans & specifications. Performance period is 120 days. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
