- Description
- The US Army Aviation and Missile Command has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for the acquisition of Ground Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Unitary Increment IV Proof of Performance (POP) demonstration two compartment warheads from General Dynamics OTS (Niceville), Inc., 115 Hart ST. Niceville, FL 32578. These items are R&D rocket components needed for rocket flight testing. Synopsis number W9124P-11-T-0036 is to be a Sole-Source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1 (b) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. CLIN 0001 will be issued for two (2) GMLRS Plus - Two Compartment Warheads, part number NR0134100-501. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency, if received by 28 June 2011, 2:30 PM (local time). Contract award is anticipated by 30 June, 2011.
