- Statement of Work POTENTIAL OFFERORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE SOLICITATION AND AMENDMENTS THAT MAYBE ISSUED. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ADVERTISED UNDER A 100% WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research (CCPR) is seeking a contractor to provide a range of health communications activities that include: strategic health communications program planning; formative communications resarech and program evaluation;promotion of NCCAM and its programs to the public, "conventional" and CAM health care practicitions, and researchers; media relations; materials development; stakeholder outreach; partnership development; event planning; and rapid response communications. Request for Proposal (RFP) N02-AT-17024-04 will be available on or about July 6, 2011 and receipt of proposals will be due on or about 2:00 p.m., Eastern Prevailing Time on August 8, 2011. The RFP will only be available electronically and must be accessed through the National Cancer Institutes', Office of Acquisitions external website at URL: http://rcb.nci.nih.gov/ once there, click on Current Requests for Proposals. Under the Section entitled Current Request for Proposals, click on number N02-AT-17024-04 entitled, "Health Communications Support." Interested parties are expected to review this notice and Request for Proposal to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the project; failure to do so will be at your firm's own risk. All information required for submission of a proposal will be contained in the electronic RFP package. POTENTIAL OFFERORS WILL BE RESPONSBILE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFP AND ANY AMENDMENTS, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL BE AT YOUR FIRM'S OWN RISK. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the above Website for the release of this RFP and amendments, if any. No collect calls will be accepted. This project is for the renewal of a one-year contract that was awarded to Graves Fowler Creative (HHSN261201000157U) under GSA schedule. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests regarding the current award with Graves Fowler Creative should be directed to Suzanne Milliard at milliars@mail.nih.gov. This solicitation is anticipated to result in one (1) award to an offeror capable of performing all aspects of the work described in the Statement of Work (SOW). It is anticipated that a single award, cost-reimbursement, cost-plus-award-fee, contract will be awarded on or before September 29, 2011, for a base period of ten-months, plus four (4) one (1) year options and one (2) two-month option. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. The Government's estimated effort for this project is 2,186 direct labor hours per year (12 month period). This advertisement does not commit the Government to award any contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, with a size standard of $25.0 million.
