- THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO SMALL BUSINESS. The USFWS has a requirement to Provide Irrigation and Ditch Repair at Sonny Bono Salton Sea National Wildlife Refuge, Calipatria, CA (Imperial County). Basis for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Solicitation number F11PS00981 may be viewed via a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov. Prospective bidders will have approximately 30 days from the posting date to respond to the solicitation. Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for July 7, 2011 at 10:00 AM The NAICS code is 115115 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work will commence within 10 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed by February 1, 2012.
